Ryan has been involved in the cyber security landscape since 2007, beginning with conducting research on malicious data exfiltration for DARPA. Ryan spoke at DEFCON 16 in 2008 in a talk entitled "Demonstration of Hardware Trojans". Ryan has over 13 years working with real-time IT/OT at Exelon. Early in his tenure at Exelon, Ryan designed, engineered, and implemented many cyber security and compliance projects in the IT/OT space. More recently, Ryan has led numerous industry-leading cyber security oriented projects to successful completion. He holds a Bachelors of Science in Computer Engineering, a Masters in Electrical and Computer Engineering, and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Delaware. Ryan is a CISSP, and currently resides in Hockessin, Delaware.
