Son of a Doctorate-level physics professor and a professional violin instructor, Brian Penny, Co-Founder of Kloch, started life learning how an Enigma encryption machine worked while simultaneously taking up the Cello. His musical talent earned him a full scholarship and ultimately forged Brian's interest in audio engineering. Despite this success, he always possessed the concurrent desire to push the boundaries of modern data security. This unique multi-domain background was what paved the way for Kloch's revolutionary Variable Word Length (VWL) encryption algorithm.
